Your letter No. 07/25 dated 02.06.2025 regarding the issuance of a “letter of recommendation” by “PELICAN SERVICE” Limited Liability Company to the State Urban Planning and Architecture Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding the provision of “express mail transportation (courier) services” has been considered in its relevance.
We would like to inform you that a purchase agreement was signed between the State Urban Planning and Architecture Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and “PELICAN SERVICE” LLC on “express mail transportation (courier) services” on 05.03.2025. The obligations stipulated under the concluded agreement are fulfilled by the supplier in a timely and high-quality manner.
Taking into account the above, the Committee recommends “Pelican Service” LLC as a reliable and capable partner for the services provided.
